I.Proposed Resolution No. R21-075 - Adopt a Proposed Millage Rate of 7.9 mills.
J.Proposed Resolution No. R21-076 - Adopt a preliminary fire assessment rate for FY 2021-22 per budget workshop discussion on July 12-15, 2021.
K.Proposed Resolution No. R21-077 - Approve a special assessment roll to begin the process of assessing specific properties to fund the costs of annual aquatic maintenance for the four Lake Eden Canals and the Lake Shore Haven Canal.

Note:  Budget Workshop Meetings are scheduled for three days:  Monday, 7/12/2021 beginning at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, 7/13/2021 beginning at 10:00 a.m. (if not concluded on 7/12/2021) and Wednesday, 7/14/2021 beginning at 2:00 p.m. (if not concluded on 7/13/2021).  The meeting end times will be at the discretion of the City Commission.



Notice if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the city commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. (F.S. 286.0105)
